For decades, Prospero resided in Woodheart’s tallest tower, channeling the power of the north’s stormy environment for his experiments. Powerful defense spells, magically-charged machines, and the taming of local elemental beasts were just a few of his pet projects. Eventually, Prospero devised his most ambitious project of all: a magical reactor that could power all of Woodheart’s industry. When the electricity he was capable of conducting proved insufficient for his machine, he turned to Mount Fulgurus. Surely a combination of the elements of electricity and fire would serve his ambitions!
Within the first few days of the experiment , Mount Fulgurus began to tremble with an overcharge of combined elemental energy. Not to be deterred by a simple earthquake, Prospero continued to channel more electrical energy into the magma beneath the mountain. Shortly after, Mount Fulgurus erupted, plunging the north of the Untamed Lands into ashy darkness, magma floods, and an overload of fire energy.
His release includes cards and files for both 5E and Daggerheart-compatible versions of five goodies: three electrical companion creatures, a set of scents that either help him attract or hide from monsters, and a scroll binder that lets him use scrolls without destroying them.
We have also included a card with brief rules on how to use the new Companion mechanic in Daggerheart. They are a bit of a mix between a weapon and a domain card, but we wanted to keep them as simple as possible to not detract from roleplay. We hope they add a fun, new layer to your games!
