Nectarean Stream

White Tea Blend | Low Caffeine | 3oz

$23.00

Has notes of decadent and sweet fruit, like a comforting peach cobbler. A warm hug when served hot—a refreshing treat over ice.

The Dragon's Harvest • The Peach Harvest of Golden Streams is renowned for its scented beauty and has become a destination for holiday travelers seeking photographs with these wondrous trees. Long before they were commercialized, these golden waters and their neighboring trees were home to a tribe of peaceful dragons. The fruit was sacred to them, and when they weren’t using it for juice, food, tea, or bathing scrub, they were playing joyfully among their fragrant trees.

Solid Tea worth a try

review backstory
I usually drink loose-leaf tea from Fortnum & Mason. I measure my water and amount of tea, and I have a kettle to control the temperature. My first pot of tea was done with about one liter of water and three teaspoons at the temperature and time recommended on the package (4 min at 185°F), with no added sweetener.

This first pot was good. I enjoyed it. It came off sweeter than expected. Later that day, once the tea had cooled down, I added iced water and had it iced. I was pleased with the iced version as well.

I also like testing my tea with a Second Brew. This second brew is done with half the water and the same brew settings. It is done to see how much the added natural flavor or oils affect the overall taste of the tea. This tea's flavor and oil are very well incorporated and mellowed out in the second brew, making it a subtle version that pulls on its natural flavor.

Finally, it was a little pricy, or I was expecting more tea leaves than I got. The product is listed as 3g of tea, but for some reason, I thought it was 4g, making it a great price alternative to my favorite Fortnum & Mason tea brand.

I'll get more, but it may not be stable in my tea cabinet.

It's not related, but my 2-year-old likes the sticker that comes with the monthly. She likes how it looks like a cat.

This is such a delicious and fresh tea, this one and Naiad's Bounty are my favorites in the standard offering from MWT.

Quite pleasant

This is a well-balanced and soothing tea. Soft peach but strong and present.
