Our coffee is made with only Direct-Trade beans, meaning the beans are sourced directly from producers and not bought off the commodity market. We never add flavorings of any kind, and all prices we pay are far above the Fair Trade minimum.
If brewing by pourover or using a drip machine, start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water mass ratio. If lacking a scale, use about 3 tbsp of ground coffee for every 8 fl. oz. of water you want to turn into coffee!
If the brew seems too weak, try making the grind size finer, or add more ground coffee per water. If the brew is too strong, try increasing the grind size or increasing the amount of water per ground coffee.
