Hopestone • People of the Whistledowns still aren’t entirely sure how the monolithic moisture towers they live within came to be, nor what exactly they’re made of. The places where the sturdy stone has chipped have exposed a violet, geode-like core, raising even more questions.

Nevertheless, people regard the towers with an upbeat reverence, and the material they’re made of is borderline sacred. Calling it “hopestone,” the optimistic folks of the Whistledowns often joke that they must be made of it too. How else would they have lasted so long in a place like this?

The one certainty they have is that of the towers. So long as they stand in hopeful contrast to the world around them, so too will the people within them.

Love the dice

I personally love the idea of a monthly dice subscription, it makes a great gift or adding to my dice goblin collection!

Nice dice with original flavor

I really do like the resinous forge. The colors are less vibrant but they still look nice. The only suggestion is having the mwt cat on the max value instead if 1's place. It feels less exciting to see a 1 than a 20. Over all the color contrast could be better but I love every set I've received.

Beautiful bespoke dice, but subscription lacks variety

I have been a customer of Many Worlds for years. Their coffees and teas are fantastic. Moreso, their home-brew world is nothing but stunning. The creativity in the characters and items. The thoughtful worlds brought to life through gorgeous artwork. So when I saw that they were creating a dice subscription based on their worlds, I couldn’t resist, especially at the price. The first month did not disappoint. Unfortunately, after a few more months, I noticed that the dice, while beautiful in their own right, did not vary much month to month. They stayed in a range of pastel pink, purple and brown hues. Given how diverse their other content is, I was left a bit disappointed. Quality-wise, the dice are great. And they are beautiful dice with creative accessory cards. But, for subscription holders, I hope MWT takes this review to heart and works to make their Resinous Forge as diverse as the magical worlds they are inspired by.

The dice are so unique and roll well! I love how the colors and tones tie in with the theme of the month. So creative!
