A medium-roast, washed Ethiopian coffee that comes off a bit tea-like, Sporopolis comes from various smallholders around the Sawana Washing Station, offering reined in tasting notes of green tea, cane sugar, and white grape.

Sporopolis • The sprawling, sentient city of Sporopolis is home to thousands of fungril, the mycelial array that lets them communicate from anywhere in the world, and the many personas of the city’s hivemind.

As Sporopolis grew over the years from a humble trading post to a burgeoning city, the mycelial array took on the traits of those around it. And as people of like-minded trades and professions developed different parts of the city into districts, those districts grew into many personalities of the city’s singular sentience.

Now, the utopic fungal city lays as a unique home for its denizens and visitors alike—a living product of its countless people.

Ingredients: Roasted coffee.

If brewing by hand or using a drip machine, start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water mass ratio. If lacking a scale, use about 3 tbsp of ground coffee for every 8 fl. oz. of coffee you want to brew.

Uncommon Loot

At will, you can choose to have this item shed light like a torch. Once per long rest, this item can be used to cast the Floating Eye spell as if it were in your loadout.

Wondrous Item, Rare (Requires Attunement)

This living lantern floats 5 feet above the ground and follows after you at a speed of 30 feet. At will, you can cause it to shed bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.

Once per day, you can cast Arcane Eye from the lantern, and it turns invisible and acts as the eye defined by the spell. It regains this ability each day at dusk.

Absolutely love it.

I get cranky when I have to drink coffee NOT from Many Worlds Tavern. That’s not to say it’s the only brand worth its salt, I’m not saying that. I’m saying I tried a lot of different home delivery coffee brands and this one is the best one I’ve found in 15 years. They always have great flavor, the coffee isn’t bitter, I’m able to drink it black or spiced with a bit of luck (creamer, whiskey, etc hat-have-you), and it’s perfect for any time of day, or evening. I recommend this brand to all of my co-workers. And I know one of them has already purchased, and one of them is still trying to decide what tea he wants.

The Treasured Realm coffee is always so good. I bring it into my office to brew there when I'm in, but always keep some at home to use with my pour over. The item and settings are also fun to read and bring into my D&D games as rewards for players or settings for one-shots.

Yatamon Spirits - a little like a cigarette

The combination of black tea and bittersweet chocolate notes ends up tasting kind of like tobacco. It's not entirely unpleasant and is mostly noticeable when you drink it black/almost black. We have definitely preferred others, but will still happily finish the bag!

Sept 2025: Yatamon Spirits

Finally getting around to trying this one! First brew is amazing, and one of my favorite flavor profiles to date. Lovely pecan note, and the bittersweet chocolate flavor is lovely too. Not entirely sure I get prune, maybe a little bit as a forwards, earthy sweet tone. Really lovely blend though. I'll be glad to keep drinking this one.
